All our straps are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your order.

In general, it takes roughly 7-14 business days for the package to arrive.

We process all orders from Monday to Friday. If you purchase an item over the weekend, we will process your order on the next working day. Once we've completed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email that your order has been shipped, with tracking information.

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. After this period, refunds cannot be issued. Refunds cannot be issued for items that are in transit.

If you choose to return the item(s), please note that refunds will be issued at 40% of the original price upon inspection and approval of the returned goods. This accounts for the custom-made nature of our products and ensures fair processing.

To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be unused and unworn. If a strap is fitted to a watch and then worn, this is considered worn and will crease the strap making it unsaleable and unreturnable.

You will be responsible for all the shipping cost for returning your item. A trackable shipping service is required for us to track your package.

There are several reasons why an order might be cancelled:

• Payment issues: Your payment method may have been declined or there were insufficient funds.
• Inventory shortage: The item you ordered may have gone out of stock after you placed your order.
• Shipping restrictions: Sometimes we can't ship certain items to specific locations due to regulations.

If your order was cancelled, you should have received an email explaining the specific reason.
