What lug widths do you offer?

Our standard collection supports 16mm to 20mm lug widths, elegantly tapered (e.g., 20mm to 16mm at the buckle).

Custom widths available via Made-to-Order.

How do I measure lug widths?

Lug width is the distance between the two inner edges of the lugs on one side of the watch case, where the strap or bracelet attaches.

What buckle size do you offer?

How thick are your leather watch straps?

  • Our watch straps feature a slim, tapered design with a thickness of 2.2 to 2.7 mm.
  • Although slight variations may occur between straps, they all retain this lightweight and sleek profile.

Will the strap stretch over time?

Premium leathers like ours soften and conform slightly with wear but do not stretch significantly, maintaining shape and fit.

Which leather is best for daily wear / vintage watches / gold watches?

  • Epsom or Togo: Highly durable and scratch-resistant – ideal for everyday use.
  • Alran Chevre Sully: Soft, textured, and ages beautifully with vintage pieces.
  • Buttero or Nubuck: Rich patina development, great for precious metal watches.

Do straps come with buckles and spring bars?

Standard tang buckles are included (stainless steel or gold-tone). Quick-release spring bars are provided for easy installation. Additional buckles available separately.

Can I customize my strap?

Absolutely! Options include custom lengths, stitching colors, edge creasing, two-stitch designs, and more via our Made-to-Order service.

Ordering and Production

How long does it take to make my strap?

All our straps are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your order.

We process all orders from Monday to Friday. If you purchase an item over the weekend, we will process your order on the next working day. Once we've completed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email that your order has been shipped, with tracking information.

What are your best-selling straps?

Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?

We ship globally from Hong Kong. Total delivery: approximately 7-14 business days (processing + shipping).

Orders of 2+ straps get free express shipping with tracking.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes – you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped.

What about customs duties and taxes?

International orders may incur import duties/taxes, payable by the recipient upon arrival. We declare accurately but cannot predict fees.

Why is my order cancelled?

There are several reasons why an order might be cancelled:

  • Payment issues: Your payment method may have been declined or there were insufficient funds.
  • Inventory shortage: The item you ordered may have gone out of stock after you placed your order.
  • Shipping restrictions: Sometimes we can't ship certain items to specific locations due to regulations.

If your order was cancelled, you should have received an email explaining the specific reason.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from delivery date for unused, unworn items. Refunds are issued at 40% of the purchase price after inspection (due to custom-made nature). Customer covers return shipping via trackable method. Made-to-Order items are non-returnable.

Care and Maintenance

How do I care for my leather watch strap?

  • Avoid prolonged water exposure (not waterproof).
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Condition occasionally with neutral leather balm for longevity.
  • Store away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Will the leather patina or change color over time?

Yes – our natural leathers develop a beautiful, unique patina with wear, enhancing character.

What if my strap gets wet?

Occasional moisture is fine; dry naturally away from heat. Avoid soaking or swimming.
