Do you ship internationally?
Straps:
- Yes, all orders are shipped via e-express+ service with Hong Kong Post. Orders from the US will be handled by a local logistic partner via Fuuffy.com
- Normally, it takes 7-14 business days for the package to arrive.
Watches:
- This will be shipped using express with tracking service - this could be UPS, FEDEX, DHL or other courier services

How long does shipping take?
- Processing time: 5-7 business days (all straps are made to order)
- Delivery time: 7-14 business days after shipping
Where is my order shipped from?
All straps are crafted and shipped from Hong Kong.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number and linkvia email once your order ships.
Can I update my shipping address?
Yes, but only if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Email us at quaint.collect@gmail.com with your order number and new address.
Note: If your package is returned due to a wrong address, a reshipping fee applies.
