Do you ship internationally?

All orders are shipped via Hong Kong Post. It usually takes 5-7 business days to arrive.

For US orders, logistics will be handled by a US local delivery partner through Fuuffy.com/

Can I update my shipping address?

Yes, but only if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Email us at quaint.collect@gmail.com with your order number and new address.

Note: If your package is returned due to a wrong address, a reshipping fee applies.
